Careers in the Space Industry Event

The Careers in the Space Industry event is being held at the iconic National Space Centre in Leicester on Friday 28th February 2014. Registration is now open.

 

It is being hosted by the G-STEP/University of Leicester, National Space Academy and Loughborough College through the Higher Apprenticeship in Space Engineering.

 

Major organisations from within the Space Sector will be present to showcase the career possibilities in key areas of the industry, including

  • Upstream Industry - Space exploration and satellite engineering
  • Downstream - Remote sensing, satellite data application
  • Entrepreneurship & Funding - Support for Innovation and funding resources
  • Research/Industry programmes - Internship and industry partnering research

 

The event is FREE for all UK graduates (BSc, MSc, PhD) and young professional interested in a developing a career in the space sector.

Coordination of the promotion of the event through UKSEDs, the UK forum for Space Exploration, and also national universities with a space-based course or programme. 

This is the ONLY Space themed careers event in the UK.
